My story
Hi, I’m Arnyell.
I’m a belly dance fitness instructor and embodied psychosexual practitioner who helps women reconnect with their bodies, their sexuality, and their confidence.
I believe confidence isn’t something you fix or force. It’s something you return to.
For a long time, I didn’t feel confident or connected to my body. I struggled with body image and shame around my sexuality. I didn’t feel connected to pleasure or intimacy, and I kept looking outside myself for love and validation.
“I wanted confidence, but didn’t know how to feel it from within.”
The transformation
My relationship with myself began to shift when I found sensual movement and embodied psychosexual work.
Through sensual movement, I started loving my body instead of judging it.
Through embodied psychosexual work, I learned how to listen to and trust myself, and experience pleasure without needing anyone else to give it to me.
This work helped me reconnect with my pleasure, reclaim my sexual sovereignty, and feel more confident and grounded in who I am.
who i am today
“Today, I feel comfortable in my own skin and at home in my body.”
I don’t teach from a place of having everything figured out. I teach from lived experience. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself, and I know what it’s like to come back home.
Now I guide women who are ready to stop looking outside themselves and start building a relationship with their bodies, sexuality, and pleasure on their own terms.
